In particular, green technologies are emerging as fundamental tools to accelerate the ecological transition of the agri-food sector, offering innovative solutions such as the digitalization of processes. These advancements lay the foundation for a healthier, more sustainable, and resilient food future.
However, the success of this transition also hinges on the dissemination of innovative business models capable of supporting green food economies.
During this DFC, various stakeholders in the agri-food sector were engaged to address key issues of the green economy and develop new project ideas. The primary goal is to enhance the role of the community in connecting new projects, technological partners, and investors, thereby strengthening the sustainability of local economies and food systems.
